I created the Betz Method as a result of years of experience with the top professionals in their respective fields. Each expert has given me an enormous amount of knowledge that I can now present to you in one package. Betz Method trainers look at the clients’ goals, physical ability and self-knowledge. We use this information to educate our clients about their capabilities; to get them to move better, eat better, and feel better. We implement specific evaluations and protocols, used by some of the top athletes in the world, on muscles (Neroproprioceptive Response Test), nutrition (BioSignatureTM nutritional evaluation), blood work (when necessary), and a structural balance test (when applicable). The more information we gather, the easier it is to make the appropriate decisions about how to structure your program and help you to reach your full potential.
